Chinese BBQ pork ribs

I was helping with staff meal today. I had to take the ribs from the pork loin and thought what better than to do one of my favorite foods.
I left a bit more skin that I would normally would when trying to get a good yield on a piece of meat. I made a very simple sauce with the help of our sushi chef. The sauce is made out sugar, honey and red food coloring. There is not cooking involved to make the sauce. We also added Chinese five spice, garlic powder, salt and white pepper. Mix all the ribs with the sauce and cook in a convection oven for 15 minutes. Given the amount of sugar , be aware and watch the ribs to prevent them from burning.
