1 oz soft butter
1 oz granulated sugar
1 oz all purpose flour
1 oz egg whites
1/2 sheet pan with a silpat or parchment paper over it .
Mix all the ingredients until well combined.
Place the leaf stencil over a silpat or parchment paper and spread a small amount of the batter. Pick the stencil carefully .
Bake tuile at 325 for about 5 minutes or until golden brown.
Tou can sprinkle ground nuts or spices if you wish before cooking.
