Brunch

Scrambled eggs, cheese, prosciutto and onions pie.
I used puff pastry and I made rounds about 4.5 inches in diameter. I cooked the eggs and onions, mixed in the cheese and add a good amount on each puff pastry round topped with prosciutto slices. I brushed egg wash on the edges to make the puff pastry round that was going on top to stick covering the mixture . I used a fork to pinch the ends. The pies were brushed with egg wash on the outside and sprinkled with poppy seeds. 
Baked in a 400 F degree oven for 8 minutes. They were served with a tomato aioli. 
Any cheese will work.
