Black Garlic chips

Black garlic is regular garlic that has been under low heat with precised humidity for a few weeks turning the garlic black and with a great unique flavor. I love it. It is sweet yet savory.. I have looked all over for recipes how to make garlic chip.. And I could not find anything. Blue & Orange Mashmallows

I have learned my lesson. Today I wanted to pipe the marshmallows so I did not let the mixture cool like i was suposed to, worry that i was not going to have enough time to pipe them and the mixture was going to set too fast. The problem was, at the end, the marshmallows did not set and they end up being too wet and impossible to lift from the sheet pan. As of now I have them setting a bit longer to see if they will set all the way. Another step i did differently was, that instead of unflavored gelatin , i used jell-O .... The flavor was not what i expected neither. It does not mean i will not try again the flavored gelatin again, but for now i rather use extracts for the flavor profile. I made a second batch per recipe. I separated the mixture and i added blue coloring on one batch and orange extract and orange coloring in another. They came out great and i was able to pipe them. For my brother's graduation project

My brother wanted to give away something to eat and we decided to make marshmallows. The final flavors were orange, peppermint and bubble gum. I also made tags with his personal logo designed by him.
