Tomato and shrimp risotto

Under 500 calories 
Risotto is made with a tomato broth made with leeks, chicken stock, shallots, garlic, roasted tomatoes, white wine and a small amount of salt and pepper. 
Risotto doesn't have any butter and about 1 tablespoon of Parmesan cheese at the end of the cooking process. 
Diced tomatoes and fresh peas were folded into the risotto. 
Shrimp is marinated in an herb marinated with herb and lemon juice- no oil. 
Garnished with roasted mushrooms and colored baby carrots.
