Eggs.

This time : Sunday Brunch ..what to do , what to do ??? i have to do eggs ..but eggs Benedict again ??? No way .. I was looking into some cookbooks at home and I got a great idea from Gordon Ramsay ..he had a baked egg in a souffle ramekin with blue cheese, very simple. I dont like blue cheese that much ..so I made it ..with a twist of course. We need ideas to create more ideas, I was glad I did.
My eggs were: individual eggs baked with mornay sauce , after i took them out of the oven, I sprinkled goat cheese that was tossed with Black pepper and truffle oil* , some more black pepper for garnish and micro chives . It was soooo good. just exactly what i was hoping for .
