I was fortunate enough to be in charge in one of the most important dinners of the year. I draw my ideas. The days passed and I kept changing few things here and there.
Forgive me since these pics were taken at the end of the dinner and some items didn't look as good as they were.
I have to thank the sous chefs and cooks who work with me that night and did their best. It was a great night.
