Arepas are a Venezuelan corn cake made with pre cooked corn flour. It is eaten for breakfast, lunch and dinner as a main dish or as a side. They are delicious and this flour ( Harina Pan ) can be found in Kroger and fiesta mart. It can stuffed with anything you want.. Eggs, cheese, beef, pork.. And whatever else you can think.
I made arepas stuffed with prosciutto, scrambled eggs with onions and tomatoes and basil aioli for brunch.
