Nutritional Spinach pasta and shrimp sausage

Shrimp sausage made with long grain rice and evaporates milk instead of heavy cream and egg whites. The texture is great and has fewer calories. 
Spinach pasta made with semolina flour, egg whites, spinach and water.. 
Maitake mushrooms , cherry tomatoes, fresh peas and little cheese. The pasta is tossed with a citrus sauce.
